Another refinance over the line 🙌🏼 and this one had a few moving parts. Really appreciate this feedback from a recent client who refinanced at the end of a development, including redeeming a bridging loan and moving onto a long-term mortgage. They highlighted something we care a lot about: staying involved when things get messy. Refinances (especially after a development) rarely run in a straight line. Valuations, legal queries, lender conditions, bridging deadlines… if nobody is actively managing it, delays creep in quickly 😬. In this case the SFM team stayed close to the process, chased when needed, and made sure the revaluation and bridging redemption were properly lined up before completion. That detail work is often what stops timelines from slipping and it’s good to hear that came through.
