Hi everyone! My name is Cristina Costea, and I’m a psychology graduate with a transport management background. Six months ago, I started studying for the NRLA Property Management Level 3 qualification. You may ask: “why on earth would someone spend a literal decade of their life studying seemingly random subjects?” To that, I can only say that knowledge is the only wealth we can rely on. The more we learn, the more we realise how much we don’t know. The new renter’s rights changes means that I get to study the newest version of the course and get up to speed with the latest updates. In the meantime, I joined the team at @Alor building an automated property management platform to help landlords manage their portfolios. I am now simultaneously studying hard to get the newest qualification for real estate management under my belt; working in transport management; and conducting market and sales research for Alor. I had the pleasure of coming across @UKHN Official in one of my LinkedIn prospecting sessions and instantly saw the value in this platform. I look forward to connecting with as many of you as possible, and to learn what the new generation can do to build on the greatness of the old. Who else is pumped for the event on the 30th April in Manchester? *featuring the architectural marvel of Magdalene College library, Cambridge*
