Sunshine post ! I love mornings like this. A nice quiet moment on site waiting for a client to turn up to have a look at this impressive project, there’s a main house with a basement with another two stories yet to go on top. A separate pool house., and a 3 car garage which if anything is a bit undersized in comparison. Cost of build seems to be driving a lot of momentum in my direction right now, if you’re involved in ground up Construction whether it’s affordable Homes or big luxury one offs like this then you should also come join me on a live site.
