Hi all, just putting the feelers out to see if anyone can help. I’m working with a guy who’s in a wheelchair and would ideally like to find a flat in Manchester or Stockport within 10 mins of a train station. So would need to be ground floor, flush thresholds, good sized rooms and wider than standard hallway. There maybe some adaptations to make but here can be discussed. And very often the adaptations can add value to the property so there are benefits to the landlord. Driveway and wider approach to the property would need to be as flat as possible. That’s all I have so far, I just wanted to do some work on the front end for him. If anybody on here thinks they may know someone who knows someone I’d really appreciate it. He would be a long term tenant as suitable properties are few and far between so once he’s found a place he wouldn’t be in a rush to leave. Many thanks Russ
