Nobody stays five years by accident. I get asked a lot what keeps me here, and honestly, it comes down to two things: the people at BiG and the people I've built relationships with over the years. Everything we’ve achieved has been built on the foundation of strong relationships we’ve forged along the way. Real trust, developed over time, is what drives business forward. That doesn't happen overnight and it doesn't come from anywhere else. Five years has flown by. We've grown the team, grown our presence, picked up a few awards along the way but we're nowhere near done. The momentum won't be slowing down as we continue to push, grow and help support more people with BiG lending.
