Over time, it became clear that the biggest value we were creating was not just in helping people analyse opportunities, but in helping the right buyers access and secure them. That has led us to our next chapter: North West Partners. North West Partners is a buy-side acquisition partner acting on behalf of serious buyers looking to acquire property across the North West. We work with a select number of investors, developers and operators often based outside the region or further afield, helping them identify and secure opportunities aligned with clear acquisition criteria, commercial objectives and long-term strategy. This pivot reflects a sharper focus on what we want to be known for: representing buyers properly, building trusted relationships, making the right introductions and supporting acquisitions through to progression. It is a more selective, more relationship-led and more commercially grounded model and one that better reflects where we create the most value. We are not trying to be a broad deal-flow business or a volume-led platform. North West Partners is built for serious buyers who want a trusted route into the North West through local knowledge, strong relationships and professional execution on the ground.
