Setting the tone, making people feel comfortable, keeping things flowing. The people in the room. That mix matters more than anything—right industries, right mindset, right energy. The setup. Is there structure, or are people just left to figure it out? The extras. Food, pricing, speakers—these all play a part in the overall experience. But for me, the biggest one is this… What happens after. The 1-2-1s. The follow-ups. The conversations that go deeper than surface level. Because that’s where the real value is.
