There’s only so much you can learn from software. The real understanding comes when you’re actually stood there. Walking the property. Reading the street. Getting a feel for the situation. That’s where the real detail is. The bits you don’t see on a spreadsheet. The context you don’t get from a desktop search. Software supports the process. But it doesn’t replace it.
