As a new member of the network, this is a little introduction on what led me to joining this platform. I’m a Qualified Real Estate Solicitor, who has been developing and understanding the property market in more ways than just the Law. Throughout my career, I have been taught to work efficiently, and ensure the work is completed without significantly delays. However, I’ve learnt over the years that that’s only the half of it. There’s a whole network of individuals in the background other than the client that requires a good service. The questions i initially raised was, who are these people? And what do they need from us Solicitors. I believe there’s quite a gap between both solicitors and those within the property market. That’s where my goal aligns within this platform. To understand an agent, broker, developer and anyone else involved within the network on their needs from the legal field and how they can be serviced efficiently.
