Hi everyone 👋🏾 I’m Martin Omotajo Specialist Property Finance Adviser for Investors & Developers. I work across the full property cycle : helping developers fund their land acquisitions and schemes, and helping first‑time buyers secure the mortgages to purchase the homes those developers build. It puts me in a unique position where I understand both sides of the market 🏗️🏡 This week I attended the first-ever UK Building Societies event, meeting 33 lenders in one room a landmark moment for income‑multiple innovation and FTB affordability products. And now I’m joining the first platform of its kind for the UK property industry. Two “firsts” in one week… perfect timing to connect with people who are building, buying and shaping the future of UK property. Right now I’m focusing on: • Land acquisitions and development schemes (refurbs, conversions & ground‑up builds) • Bridging for acquisitions, auctions & quick completions • SPV lending & Portfolio lending • Commercial & semi‑commercial finance • Large and complex loans that need tailored structuring • Helping FTBs buy new homes from the developers I support I mainly work with active investors, developers, agents and sourcers: the people doing deals and moving fast and I’m always happy to support anyone who needs clarity or direction, no matter the size of the loan.
