This Thursday night is a very special night for me and this is because I have been selected to talk on a panel of expert property developers at the UK homes network networking event in Manchester. I am very humbled to be considered an expert in this field to provide value at this event and the location is also special to be as it is at Amber at the Circle Square site in Manchester (the old BBC site). This location is special to me as I worked as the Consultant Project Manager and then Development Manager for the 1st 2 buildings that were built on the Circle Square site for Vita Student (photo of these buildings attached from 2017). At the time this was the biggest project I had managed which totalled 716 studio apartments from students.
