Around 700,000 companies dissolved in 2025. Some of those companies owned properties. When a company dissolves, and they don't properly offload their assets, those assets pass directly to the Crown as bona vacantia. "Bona vacantia" is a fancy way of saying "ownerless goods". Did you know that you can actually acquire these assets? All you do is send an email with a few attachments, pay a valuation fee, and you can often get these properties well below market value. Since 99% of the industry has never heard of bona vacantia, the competition is much lower compared to other channels. These are true off-market gems that will never appear on Rightmove.
