Reason you succeed this Bank Holiday weekend and others won't. Most people will spend it doing nothing. Garden, BBQ, telly, pub. You view houses, making offers, working on deals. This is when everyone else switches off, which is exactly why I don't. Vendors are sat at home with time to talk. Agents pick up the phone faster. Competition drops because every other investor is on holiday. The deals get done by the people who turn up when nobody else does. Nobody tells you that when you start. I'm an ordinary bloke who figured out property works if you put the work in. That's why inside Property School I'm always pushing members to use weekends like this one. While everyone else rests, you compound. You don't have to work all weekend. But if you have a few hours spare, put them somewhere that actually gets you a deal!
