On this site visit, I'm in Essex where 4 houses are being built from the ground up and 3 have already been sold before completion. Getting here wasn't straightforward though. Lenders were switched mid deal, planning issues came up and cash flow had to be carefully managed while the build kept moving. There were points where this could have gone a very different way. It didn't and that's largely down to James Huntly and Jason Todd who kept pushing through. Merryoaks were involved in the finance side of this one and deals like this are exactly why it matters who you have around you when things don't go to plan.
