This year SDKA celebrated 10 years in business and I was there to celebrate it with them. It was black tie, with dinner served under the wing of an actual Concorde. Not a bad way to mark a decade in business. Kunal Mehta built SDKA from the ground up. He was a pilot who moved into property finance and hasn't looked back, although judging by the venue, it's pretty clear his love for planes never left. 10 years is a big deal in this industry and it's got me thinking about what Merryoaks Finance will look like when we get there.
