I am incredibly proud to share that I have been featured on the cover of Entrepreneur’s Echo alongside an in depth article exploring my work as The Wellbeing Surveyor and the wider mission behind Invisible Home. For years, conversations around buildings have focused heavily on structure, aesthetics, and energy efficiency, but far less attention has been given to the invisible environmental factors quietly shaping our health every single day. Air quality. Moisture. Ventilation. Chemical exposure. Thermal imbalance. The relationship between buildings and wellbeing. This feature highlights why I believe the future of housing, surveying, and building design must move beyond simply asking: “Is this property functional?” And instead begin asking: “How does this environment affect the people living inside it?” What started as surveying buildings has evolved into something much larger: A mission to better understand the invisible relationship between homes and human wellbeing through real world evidence, research, education, and public awareness. From historic building research and indoor air quality investigations to Healthy Home Labs, Invisible Home, and The Wellbeing Surveyor framework, the goal has always remained the same: To help people better understand the environments they spend their lives in. I hope this feature helps continue pushing these conversations further into the mainstream across housing, construction, public health, and sustainability. A huge thank you to Entrepreneur’s Echo for the opportunity and for recognising the importance of this work.
