Some news I have been holding onto. Care Property Hub has been named a finalist at the Housing with Care Awards 2026, in the Supported Housing Innovation Award category. I keep reading it back to make sure it is real. CPH started because I could not find safe, suitable housing for someone I loved. That is the whole story. There was no master plan. There was a problem, and a quiet promise that I would not let another family go through what mine did if I could help it. Two and a half years later, we have a platform that connects landlords, agents and sourcers with vetted care providers across the UK. Properties that were sitting empty are now homes. Providers who were stuck waiting are now placing people. Families are getting answers faster. That is the work. The award nomination is a moment. The work is the point. To be listed alongside Sanctuary Supported Living, Inclusion Housing, Making Space and Shared Lives is something I will not pretend to be casual about. These are organisations I have looked up to for years. Thank you to @HWCAwards and @Care Talk for seeing what we are building. Thank you to every person who trusted CPH when we were still figuring it out. You are the reason this happened. Winners are announced on 5 June at Hilton London Bankside.
