Hartlepool Property Viewings – Tues 12th Hi everyone, Hope you’re all well. I’m heading up to Hartlepool on Tuesday 12th for a full day of property viewings and wondered whether anyone in the UK Homes Network community has local builder contacts, property experience, or might even be available to accompany me for a couple of viewings. I already have four properties booked in to see, and while I can spot a house that looks lovely from the outside, I’ll be honest — I’m not a builder, so having someone experienced alongside me to help identify potential issues, refurbishment costs, or whether something is genuinely a good deal would be incredibly valuable. I’ve got some support in the morning, but I may need additional help later in the day and would really appreciate any recommendations, contacts, or guidance from the community.
