Getting everyone back to the office. I get it 🏢 I love being able to work from home and it has made my life so much easier. It keeps costs down, no office politics and best of all I have everything I need and more. But today I tried out a trendy co-working space in Leamington. The coffee was on point. The atmosphere felt professional and I was surrounded by hardworking, creative people. Because I paid for a day pass, I think my mindset shifted and I instantly smashed out more work than I would of done at home. I also managed to have face to face meetings, that otherwise would have been virtual. I could read body language and properly measure reactions to new ideas. This felt like such a productive day. I don’t know if I would ever return to the office full time but this was a good day.
