Growth doesn't happen over night... When Scott founded Roma all those years ago, it was just the beginning. A few years later, joined by Daniel Hill, Lorraine Hart and Tina Parry (all still with us today!), the team were working out of what must have been the world’s smallest broom cupboard office. Fast forward to 2026, and we’re now a team of 80+ (and still growing!), with a newly refurbished office to support our growing headcount, which is now home to a mixture of talents, strengths and friendships that make Roma what it is today. A pretty special moment seeing everyone in one place like this 💚
