Out on another direct-to-vendor visit today and something the owner said really stood out… “The amount of letters we get is unbelievable.” And honestly, I get it. Most people are sending the same generic message hoping to secure a deal. That’s where we try to do things differently. For us, it’s not just about the property or the potential gain. It’s about actually getting out, meeting people, understanding the situation and seeing if we can offer genuine help or guidance along the way. Sometimes that leads to a deal. Sometimes it doesn’t. But building rapport, trust and real conversations will always go further than another printed letter through the door.
