The property market hasn’t stopped… it’s just become more selective. 🏡 Halifax’s latest House Price Index shows UK house prices dipped slightly by -0.1% in April, with annual growth now at +0.4%. But the interesting part for investors 👇🏼 - northern regions are still outperforming - London & the South East continue to soften - motivated sellers are becoming more important again - good deals are still there (if you know where to look) Personally I think this market rewards skill more than luck. The investors focusing on sourcing, negotiation and creative finance are still finding opportunities… while others are sitting on the sidelines waiting for headlines to improve. This feels much more like a buyer’s market than it did 12 months ago 👀 Are you seeing more opportunities in your area lately or are deals still difficult to make stack?
