My neighbour bought me a house... Well, funded the deal anyway. We’re just about to complete on the second sale from a title split project, and when you look back at it, it all started from a conversation close to home. Mad when you think about it. It’s a reminder that opportunities are everywhere when you actually talk to people. Too many people spend their time chasing the next big contact while completely overlooking the network already around them. This wasn’t some huge corporate connection.
