I’m a loser. Didn’t win at the Blue Bricks Awards. And that’s alright. Because while a trophy would have looked nice on the shelf, being nominated for the effort, consistency and work we’ve put in means more than people probably realise. The last couple of years haven’t been smooth.There’s been pressure, pivots, lessons and plenty of moments where things could have gone differently. So to even be in the conversation is something we’re proud of. But here’s the thing… Once the event finishes and the suits go back in the wardrobe, the real score board is still the same: the pipeline the relationships, the opportunities ahead, the people who trust you and the direction the business is moving in, that’s what really matters.
