Clear instructions lead to predictable, maybe even inevitable results. I will use the "DO NOT USE" sign as a useful lesson. Property investing is such a long journey, clear instructions and systems need to be in place or it may be years before you realise errors. I've just spent the past 3 days on the PropertyCEO Fast Track course. Really interesting introduction to small scale development. We had a go at putting together a 5 year plan today. It's interesting to see the possibility at the end of following a structured process, compared to an ad-hoc DYI approach. Now to work through the plan, follow the critical path, and make better choices to reach my goals. I wish everyone good luck with achieving their goals! #NotPrettyEnoughForInstagram
