Hi everyone, I thought I would re-introduce myself as we have grown substantially in numbers thanks to Chris and David My name is Alex and I’m a commercial finance broker based in the West Midlands however I do work with builders/developers/investor clients all over the country in securing the funding needed for their projects, I have access to many lenders including Roma Finance who are already part of our UKHN community, I am also actively involved in finding/negotiating projects either refurbs or ground up developments for my clients and helping them through the process.
