🔑 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲!   Always satisfying getting these ones over the line. They should be bread and butter, simple, but never are (would not have any other way!)   This case needed a bit of extra TLC. The property investor had purchased the property directly from a bridging lender, who also provided the short‑term bridge so timing was absolutely critical. We had to make sure the exit completed before the end of the bridge term to avoid an extra month of interest being charged.   On my side, that meant moving quickly: ✨ getting valuations lined up without delay 📞 staying in constant contact with underwriting 📑 keeping momentum with the borrower’s solicitors ⚙️ managing the moving parts so nothing slipped   It all paid off and we completed in time.   𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 , 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵.
