Hi everyone, New here, so thought I’d introduce myself! I’m Charlie, a Mortgage & Protection Broker, working with a wide range of clients including families, couples, first-time buyers, landlords and property investors. Over the years, I’ve found that no two cases are ever the same, which is one of the things I enjoy most about the industry. A lot of the clients I work with have often been told that their situation is too complicated, that a property isn’t mortgageable, or that their circumstances don’t fit a lender’s criteria. That can include people with complex credit histories, first-time landlords, self-employed applicants, investors looking to grow their portfolios, or those purchasing properties that require a little more thought and research. I enjoy finding solutions and exploring options where others may have stopped at the first hurdle. Sometimes the answer is still no, but often it’s simply a case of understanding the circumstances and finding the right route forward. Alongside mortgages, I also help clients protect their homes, families and businesses through tailored protection advice.
