15 years and still a junior!? Came across a property industry organisation this morning that classifies you as a junior if you have up to 15 years experience in the sector. I told myself I’d never publicly call someone or an organisation out but it’s no wonder the property industry is viewed as a bit of a ‘old boys club’. I thought we’d moved passed the terminology ‘junior’. To add insult to injury they claim to be the ‘collective’ voice for the industry. Is my outrage misplaced or does this reek of chauvinism?
