If you are designing a property purely to “play it safe”, this is worth understanding 👇 Grey is often used because it feels like the least risky option. But in reality, it can be one of the least effective. From a psychological standpoint, pure grey carries no positive emotional value. So what does that mean commercially? 🤔 It means your space is less likely to connect. Less likely to stand out. Less likely to create urgency. And when buyers feel nothing, they take their time. Or worse, they move on 🙅 Good design is not about avoiding mistakes. It is about creating impact. Because impact is what drives stronger offers and faster decisions!  If you’re working on a project right now, ask yourself this… is your design creating feeling, or just filling space?
