One of the questions I often ask estate agents is: "What's the difference between the properties that generate strong viewing numbers in the first two weeks and those that don't?" The answer rarely comes down to the property itself. More often, it's presentation. Buyers make emotional decisions. If they can immediately visualise how a space could work for them, they're more likely to book a viewing, engage with the property and ultimately make an offer. Whether it's a vacant apartment, a family home or a premium country property, first impressions matter. What do you think has the biggest impact on buyer interest when a property first comes to market?
