π€ The way we frame our questions has a powerful impact on the responses we receive. β Our brains are naturally wired to focus on the negatives first β it's a survival instinct. π But when we intentionally ask about the positives, we start to train our minds to seek out the good, which can uplift our mood and transform our perspective. This small change in language is just one of the many tools and techniques I introduce in my therapy sessions to help clients, and those close to them, develop a more positive mindset.
