One of the things I enjoy most about a refurbishment is watching a building come back to life from the inside out. When we take a property back to brick, it tells you everything. How it was originally built. Where extensions and alterations were added over the years. The different methods used across its lifetime. There's something about seeing the structure fully exposed that makes the whole thing click. You understand how it fits together, what it can take, and what it needs. Then comes the part I like most. Watching it get rebuilt and turned into something fit for its next chapter. That's the stage we're at on this one.
