Yesterday afternoon attending Eden Project latest update and groundbreaking ceremony was a real treat. The turnout was great and it was lovely to share in the community spirit of the town. I hope that Eden project for Morecambe will see more people invest further in the area and allow regeneration to take place. There will always be naysayers and negative remarks. My own answer to those is property development / property investment are challenging and those not in the sector can never truly know what goes on behind the scenes and the effort that is put into bringing a vision to life. My love for this coastal town stems back to more than a decade ago and to witness events like this made me proud. Although I am not a resident of Morecambe I am a developer working towards my own regeneration project. So for now let me focus on Eden and give you some highlights of yesterday's event.
