An estate agent shared an interesting observation with me recently. Overall, they're receiving fewer viewings than they were previously. It doesn't seem to matter whether a property is staged or not, buyers are simply being more selective. What has changed, however, is the quality of those viewings. The buyers walking into our staged properties are arriving with greater intent, engaging with the space and making stronger, more serious offers. That's where staging adds the most value. Not by increasing the number of people through the door, but by helping the right buyer see themselves living there. Are other agents seeing the same trend?
