Nobody tells you how hard it is to start a business whilst working full time.   I work Tuesday to Friday in the NHS. That leaves me Monday and Saturdays to build J Bay Properties, alongside doing a second job and managing my personal life.   I have been connecting with investors and talking about off market property opportunities. Some days it's exciting. Some days it's exhausting, and then I remember why I started.   I want to build something that creates real financial freedom, for me and my family, but also for the busy professionals I work with.   Property investment doesn't have to be complicated.
