hi guys. I'm Paul. I'm new to this group and to this app. I've seen a lot interesting people in this group, which is quite intimidating to me because I feel like I don't measure up and I hope to be accepted here. I currently reside in St Helens, Merseyside and I'm looking to embark on my very first flip. wish me luck. since I'm brand new to all this, I find myself in need of a commercial solicitor and an accountant so any thoughts and recommendations would be highly appreciated.
