A question for the developers on here... Over the past few weeks, I've spoken to several developers who all said something similar: "We're still buying land opportunities, but we're holding off building for now." It got me wondering whether that's an isolated experience or a wider trend. Are you still pushing ahead with developments as planned, or are you waiting for more confidence in the market before breaking ground? Genuinely interested to hear how others are approaching it.
