Hi everyone, I'm genuinely new to this group and would like to hear your thoughts on this debatable topic - Out of interest, who is in property investment or are there any HMO Landlords out there that are currently managing overpayment or overhead costs for more than one service on their bills/rent? I just joined because I specialise in helping all professions of different fields in simplifying on overhead costs and not having to worry about paying separately for a service. Anyone got any thoughts to share with me?
