Why? Because buyers deserve an authentic representation of a property, with expectations that match reality. Trust begins with honesty.   My concern isn't AI itself. It's the duplicity that can arise when people can no longer distinguish reality from AI-generated content, and the environmental cost of the natural resources needed to power it.   As AI becomes part of everyday life, transparency, authenticity and responsible innovation aren't optional - they're essential. They must evolve alongside the technology itself.   We're still in the first generation of AI, and we have so much to learn.   I am approaching it with caution and a healthy degree of trepidation.   Its benefits should never come at the expense of informed choice, consumer confidence or our natural resources.   And ultimately, AI should enhance trust, not undermine it.
