Landlords, still self managing and navigating the almost daily changes? Ok not quite daily but feels like it!   My view is legislation is like burpees – no one likes it but we have to do it (well if like me your mid life crisis is hybrid racing)   We are in a period of increasing regulation, yet still there are no requirements for property agents to be qualified. So as a landlord, are you willing to take that risk? Or do you you’re your investment managed by a qualified, "fit and proper" person?   I have always been a champion of industry qualifications and leading from the front with my own. This also means I am a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNEA) and a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA).
