10 things I love about property finance after 25 years in the industry. In no particular order. - The variety. No two days have ever been the same. - That feeling after a deal completes. There's nothing quite like it. - The relationships I've built over the years. - Bringing a deal back to life when it seemed impossible. One of my faves. - Developers who come back months later with their next project. Love this! - The lenders who pick up on the first ring because they know Merryoaks is worth their time. Very grateful for this. - The complex cases that make you think creatively. We work on some mind bending cases at times. - The fact that experience in this industry is irreplaceable. 100%. - Knowing buildings exist because of the finance I helped put in place. Early in my career this was the ultimate. - The simple fact that I love what I do. Not everyone gets to say that. The older I get the more this is what it’s all about.
