My market has changed so much over the years,. Seeing a big uptake on low rise residential apartments accross the UK .. a sector that I never really tried to get into. Why is this? I would love to say it’s because I’m totally awesome and people like me. But reality is ICF as a build method / option. Has become increasingly commercially attractive. As well as low risk as no design fees, no large up front capitol, putting funders at ease and removing potential bottle necks before sites have even started.
