Sometimes the best feedback comes from people who didn't buy through you. I just got this email from a potential buyer after pulling out all the stops with a vendor to try and get property purchase work for both of them. The sale didn't happen, and that's okay. Not every buyer is the right match for every property. I am not here to force a deal through at any cost - it's to help people make the right decision for their circumstances, while keeping both supported throughout. Otherwise, believe me, experience tells me it will just fall through and both parties end up with a big bill, the only winners there are the conveyancers.
