Some of the most important conversations in housing aren’t always the easiest ones. Yesterday, Ashley and I were proud to represent The Housing Network at the Pan London Private Rented Sector Forum: Navigating the Renters’ Rights Act. It was fantastic to be in a room with landlords, local authorities, charities and housing professionals, all coming together to discuss how these reforms will shape the future of the private rented sector. The Renters’ Rights Act will have a significant impact on tenants, housing providers and communities alike. That’s why it’s so important that we don’t avoid these conversations—we engage with them, challenge them and work together to find practical solutions that benefit everyone. Real progress comes from collaboration, listening to different perspectives and being willing to adapt. Events like these remind us that improving housing outcomes is a shared responsibility.
