Yesterday back in Birmingham attending the Property Developer Show at Aston Villa Football Club. It was a great event with #developers, investors, lenders, planners and property professionals all under one roof. These events are always a great opportunity to stay up to date with what's happening in the market, hear different perspectives and, most importantly, build relationships. It was great catching up with Chris Tremlett from UK Homes Network, followed by a good conversation with Shane Traynor from The Developers Network Birmingham & Property Developer Buying Club. And, as always, it was a pleasure seeing Pinder Singh Dhaliwal!! One thing I've learnt over the years is that opportunities don't just come from the meetings you plan. They often come from the conversations you weren't expecting to have.
