Just had a random thought… There’s not much straightforward public info out there about bona vacantia. The official GOVUK guidance is pretty vague and off-putting on purpose. Most of what you get from AI about bona vacantia ends up sounding just as cautious and bureaucratic as the official stuff. That means…anyone doing some basic research online often gets turned off right away. What could be an exciting, low-competition opportunity in overlooked properties gets buried under red tape and warnings. Anyone else noticed this? Where the official info and AI just make everything feel harder than it needs to be?
