A good day spent last week at the Property Developer Show in Villa Park 👏 It's always worth getting out to events like these, not just for the talks but for the conversations you have throughout the day. For me, it reinforced that in the current market it's not about chasing every opportunity, it's about being collaborative, clear on your strategy and making the right deals work. The highlight was catching up with familiar faces, meeting new people and chatting about what everyone's working on.
