August will be gone before you know it. Holidays booked. Kids off school. Half the industry has quietly downed tools after a first six months that has been hard going for nearly everyone I speak to. Everyone needs the break. But there's a smaller group already looking past it. One eye on September. Because September is the property industry's unofficial new year. People come back off holiday, inboxes wake up, deals start moving again, and what happens in those next few months decides how the whole year gets remembered. The businesses that end the year strong are usually the ones who made the decision in August. Not the ones panicking in October. So if you're sat there wondering how you claw back a difficult first half, here's something worth getting in the diary. On 24th September we're bringing UK Homes Network LIVE to Leeds for the first time. It's a social first property exhibition. You come for a night out and leave with business opportunities. Hundreds of property people in one room, and a select group of companies exhibiting right in the middle of it. We're hosting at Archive in Leeds city centre. It has never held a property event before, which is exactly why we picked it. If your plan for the rest of the year involves getting in front of the right people rather than quietly hoping they find you, exhibiting is worth a conversation. Comment below or drop me a message and I'll send you the exhibitor pack. Enjoy August. Don't let September catch you cold. Chris
