is this the best time to get into property a catchphrase used by property influencers or gurus I'm not sure what the official term is but isit well with mortgage continuing to rise and a base rate that has almost tripled since covid it's hard to actually say. the market continues to be up and down and some might suggest to avoid new builds but this is where it gets interesting on average in uk property the market is actually declining by around 1.5% per a qauter for over 2 years but here's where things get interesting new builds continue to rise by on average by a min of 4% per a quarter so guess the real qu is as a investors witch route would you take to invest your money 🤷‍♂️ but its definitely fruit for though
